Work overseas
To enable urgent after-hours service with rested radiologists, DDA has established teleradiology reporting centers in the Caribbean and in Thailand where the time difference with Europe is 5-6 hours (before or after). Our specialist radiologists can therefore effectively cover evenings and nights, all year round, during normal working hours.
HUA HIN
has an interesting story and today is one of the most popular places for long-term living among Europeans in Thailand. The reason is that the city offers beautiful sandy beaches, many excursion destinations, first-class conditions for activities such as golf and windsurfing, good restaurants and last – but not least – a genuine calm as one can find in few of the other popular tourist destinations in Thailand.
For our Swedish radiologists, there is also a Swedish school for those who have family with them and a Swedish association that arranges various activities as Nordic golf championship, cooking classes, book circle, excursions and more.
CURAÇAO
is located in the southern part of the Caribbean Sea and is an autonomous country within the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Curacao is one of the ABC paradise islands; Aruba, Curacao and Bonaire which were first discovered by the Spaniards, but were taken over by the Netherlands in 1634. The average temperature is 28 C during the day and 20 C at night and the island is perfectly located outside the hurricane belt and is therefore not at risk. It is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the world due to its perfect climate all year around, beautiful sandy beaches and landscape, first-class conditions for activities such as scuba diving, golf and surfing.
Barcelona
is an almost ideal European city, one with near-perfect weather year round, miles and miles of beaches, iconic parks, striking architecture and colourful neighbourhoods that march to their own beat—artistic, sophisticated, bohemian. The city is the eighth best city in the world, according to World’s Best Cities.
